Document Solutions helped remove and set up new phone systems for our entire office at Ricardo's Financial Services. Danny S. came to our office and was extremely helpful in training us to use the new phones as well as the app that comes with the phone system to make communication between coworkers and customers much easier. Even after the set up any questions we have about the system or phones we get quick and easy solutions.

I have worked with Doc Sol for years. Kevin Roth and his team have treated us fairly and efficiently, keeping my 4 machines running at all times. We run about 7 mil combination of color and B&W copies a year. We just bought a new 5th machine. thank you, Gerry Harris, B&L Printing, Hillsborough, NJ.
I was having an long standing issue with Sharp Electronics Corp with getting service for my Konica Minolta, I was leasing with them after Sharp had bought out Ace Office Solution. I was not able to get Sharp to service the machine because of COVID they would not allow any of there works to come into a home office to service my machine. This went on for most of 2020, I have to get the BBB involved and at that time they offered to transfer my contract to Document Solutions, I spoke with Kevin Roth who was a pleasure to speak with. He went over the services he could offer me and had a tech at my house within 2 days of speaking with me. It would have been sooner but my schedule was a little crazy. My machine was thoroughly serviced by his tech (my apologies for not remembering his name). I loved the professionalism of the tech, he was a pleasure to speak with, he explained what the machine needed and made sure I had no questions or concerns before he left. I will be doing business with Document Solutions again in the very near future.

Document Solutions manages our Corporate office and our schools. IT Services always go above and beyond to solve our issues and concerns quickly.
