The best decision I have made for my own well-being and overall health in my life. Katie is an invaluable resource for making informed decisions about your physical and mental health. I LIVE for my cupping and acupuncture sessions. I go every two weeks and also love her shop in the office. I have found numerous natural aids to help with chronic back pain, depression and helping me sleep better. Since seeing Katie I have been able to ride my horse, workout again but also feel confident that for once there is a health care professional who actually listens to me and works with me to help me feel my best. I cannot recommend Katie highly enough.

Katie is everything I was searching for in an acupuncturist. Going into my first session, she really took the time to listen to why I was coming in and explained what she thought would help me. I've been going back every week since! Her shop is clean and stocked with the best goodies. It's hard for me not to buy more when I go in for my sessions. Go see her!!!

Katie is a wonderful acupuncturist who helped me with my monthly hormonal migraines. After only 2 visits I started noticing a significant difference in the intensity of the headaches. Eventually, with the help of healthy eating they were practically gone! Additionally, I love Katie’s energy. She has a calm way about her but is fun and has an awesome sense of style. The space in which she practices is super cute and inviting! If you are in the Kenilworth area and dealing with any form of chronic pain I highly suggest seeing Katie at Kismet.
