Beautiful, relaxing place. The old buildings are a great reminisce of the past. The manager was super nice.

Very interesting museum - not only for tobacco. The daily life in the 1800s is pretty well described with some good displays. Staff was very nice. THere are some old houses to walk around.

Canteen Adventures

So much fun and very historic. A must see while in the area.. Nice gift shop....clean bathrooms. Picnic area under tall pines to sit and have a sack lunch. Be sure to watch the 15 min movie on current tobacco farming....
