This is hands down the best ski and bike shop I have ever been to: - Super friendly, knowledgeable customer service - Expert knowledge and service - On-time, communicative about their work - Competitive, fair, transparent pricing I've never had a bike shop explain bike maintenance tips and service how-to's to the level of depth Bothell Ski and Bike does. Even though it's not theoretically in their best interest as a business to get you to know more about how to service your own bike, Bothell Ski and Bike doesn't care: they do what is best for you, as a bike rider and a consumer. This shop is run by a group of positive, knowledgeable, caring employees. They made my day today, thank you Bothell Ski and Bike. Special shout-out to Mike, the most knowledgeable, friendly bike technician I've ever worked with.

Very nice guys. Treated my son well helping him find a bicycle that fit his needs and budget. Every bike they sell is inspected and tuned up before it leaves and comes with a free follow-up tune up after being broken in (cables and chain stretch, things loosen up with use -- this is normal). Great way to ensure satisfied and repeat customers.

I contacted these guys when a good friend of mine told me about the experience she had with them when they built her two custom Pivot bikes. I live in South Carolina but figured it was worth calling them to talk about getting a new ride when I heard about her experience. I just got off the phone with John a few hours ago when I just placed my order for my new Pivot Mach 6 Carbon. It was obvious Johns own passion for riding and a nice whip. He was super helpful and took the time with me to walk through a few different options on the bike and things that were worth while to consider. This is my dream bike that I’ve been working up to for a long and and I tell myself it’s the last one I’m gonna do,.. but should the need for my family of riders to increase one day in the future I’ll definitely be giving these guys a call back up to work out the next one. They share your passion for the ride, treat you right on the deal and definitely make the whole process smooth as Kashima. You won’t regret hittin them up for parts or your next setup!
