Service is slow and prices are high. My wife ordered a Manhattan with Woodford Reserve. The first iteration of this monstrosity had way too much vermouth. My wife takes it back and asks for another one. Then the “bartender” proceeds to lecture us that a Manhattan is equal parts whiskey and vermouth. Then she suggests that we order Manhattans with only a splash of vermouth. What?! Last time I checked, a Manhattan is two parts whiskey and one part sweet vermouth, along with bitters and a cherry for garnish, neither of which I saw the bartender add to the drink. Horrible place to which I will not return.

Absolutely the worst service ever. The sign said please see host to be seated, except the host was behind the bar. Not one employee ignoliged us at all. Then after a long line at the bar, they were out of ham. Come on, you have two things on the menu. Breakfast sandwich or grits. Emeril, I can't believe your name is on this restaurant! Terrible!! 30 for 2 breakfast sandwichs. Ridiculous!

No flavor in the food. The shrimp I had tastes fishy. Just a bad experience. Cooks on the line clearly did not care, they were playing on their phones, rubbing their mask.
Maybe due to being short staffed, the on duty manager was not attentive. After being directed to the in-house bar for service by another patron that was leaving, the bartender was great.
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. My husband and I sat here for 25 minutes after ordering drinks with NO services. We were one of three tables. This is our second time in this restaurant and had hoped that our first awful experience was a fluke. NO, people ... this is a very poorly run establishment. Steer clear!
Very rude staff when it came to being seated. Would NEVER go here again.
Not worthy of the brand, airport space, or further business. Po boy sandwich was tasteless, fries were overdone, and coffee was lukewarm. Bad reflection on the city.
