we rented with kennerly Mr.Karl for 2 years and had the best experience a tenant could get. We had heat and AC issues during weekends and he had it fixed and was available to respond in weekends too. Home owners can just hand over the house to Karl and Karl will take care if it even better than his own house. He is the best property manager i have seen/worked with. My family and I met Karl Kennerly first time when we were looking for a house to rent in Plano-TX when we relocated to the USA. We had no experience in Real Estate matters in the country and knew no other agent by then. We picked Karl and Team in 2011 based on his promptness, efficient and orderly packet. It wasn't just an opening show. Karl was always available to our tenants and to us. This was extra important since we were living out of state. Karl's team took care of our house like it was their own. He would send us pictures of the house yearly and pictures of any repairs needed and of the completed work. We are very happy with his screening process and keeping our home occupied. Out of the 9 years it was never empty more then a couple of weeks. Amazing! I know it was due to their great care. When it came to selling our home Karl was in constant contact with every process. Our house was set up to sell and it did in 2 days! We are so THANKFUL Karl and Team were the ones handling this from beginning to end. You will not regret having Karl and Team taking care of your property.
