Fantastic customer service, completed my house in a very timely manner, professional and courteous. My house looks amazing, basically like brand new. I would recommend to anyone looking to remove that \Ga Pollen\ from their house and driveway. AMAZING!!!

I had a total of 54 windows. Paid for interior and exterior cleaning and for cleaning of window frames and sills. They did a decent job on most of it, but left before I realized that they had not cleaned the frames or sills in the garage windows. I called the service technician and he said he cleaned the glass. If he did, I couldn't tell, and there were spider droppings, cobwebs, and dirt in the sills and around the frame (see pictures). I called the office to complain and Terri told me that they would make it right, but that they would have to send a crew on a different day. That is more trouble than it's worth. I got a ladder and wet rags and just did it myself. That kind of defeats the purpose of paying a professional to do it. Disappointed they didn't do it right the first time.
