In the midst of the pandemic going out is a scary and unsure experience. We went on a Friday afternoon around 4:30. At Adventure Air, mask are optional. I didn't know this until we were heading away from the check ina and heard a potential customer ask the question. We wore mask as ensuring our health and our impact on others is paramount. On the day of our visit admission allowed us 90 minutes of jumping for the price of 60 minutes. We put our item into the free lockers and heard to the bathrooms. Those were clean though a bit dark. There were Sanitizer stations throughout the facility and regularly someone would remind everyone via intercom to wash hands and maintain space. There were probably 10 other people present in addition to our party of 6 within. The massive warehouse sized facility. During our time there an employee walked through sanitizing handled and and high frequency area. As well as limiting the number of people in the jumping area. Another plus for Adventure Air. There was ample staff around to monitor the various sections for those to close as well as cleaning. 60 minutes into our 90 minutes it began to get busier so we wrapped up a little early. It was great fun and one I would do again.

Price was higher than I am used to for trampoline parks, but it was definitely worth it. The one thing I didn’t like was the fact that they made you wear a certain pair of socks that they sell to you to go in. They did have a lot of things that others trampoline parks don’t have such as the ninja gym/obstacle area, the zip lines, the super jump trampoline and the battle on the beams. Overall really liked it and would definitely come back.

We were standing in line waiting to pay when 3-4 people came under the rope and went to register. The young Caucasian girl at the register name was Kate. I immediately told her we were waiting in line and they skipped. She had never began ringing them up. She looked at me, acknowledged me, and continue to ring them up. Some other people that was with this group tried to call them and tell Kate that they skipped the line and she ignored them also. We asked to speak with a manager and the African American guy with dreads came up. We told him what happened and he stated he would take care of it. I will not come back again. They have all these Covid guidelines listed on their page but more than 1/2 the people here don’t have mask on and the staff members are wearing chin straps because they don’t have them on properly. I will be reaching out to higher ups. Update: I also informed the African American female manager that is here MaLiah or something similar to that and she literally looked at me like I was crazy and very nonchalant when I was telling her also what happened. It’s obvious it starts with management here.

We had a great time at Adventure Air. They are my favorite trampoline park by far! Besides being super friendly and clean, they have more activities than any other park in the area and they’re always adding new features. My daughter’s favorite is the ninja warrior course, while I love the zip line. If you’re looking for a fun afternoon, you should definitely try this place!

Always have a fun time here. Place is clean and all the areas are well kept. There are no food options but they do have vending machines for snacks and drinks. Staff are very friendly making this a great place to spend an hour or two burning some energy and having fun.
