This company is 100% verified scam. They kept in touch with me up until they received my deposit. They've now blocked all my contact information. The other reviews are correct. If you ever get to speak to the owner, just ask him how much money he has stolen from innocent people this year. They are running a Covid-scam that's been reported over and over again to the police

Thank you for the late prom party bus rental. Our kids prom was rescheduled and then of course canceled. Lol party bus gave us a tremendous discount and worked with us on rescheduling the reservation for a dinner / get together. All the kids had a blast. The bus was the best part with music and lights going.
As others have mentioned, this company took a deposit from us at the beginning of 2020 and then disappeared without word. To this day, you can call the number listed and no one will pick up. They respond below to reviews, but aren't actually making good on returning payments. They have used the global pandemic as a way to make some quick cash at the expense of their customers.
I reserved a 30 passenger party bus rental for our group on New Years Eve. I had to change the time/schedule a couple weeks in advance. They accommodated me without hesitation. The bus showed up about 15 minutes early. The driver, John, was very professional and accommodating. The whole experience made the night even better. I will definitely be using them again!!
We had booked this company for the prom for a 40 passenger bus for March 14 prom. Due to Covid, the prom was rescheduled for May 9. They were able to change the date but only contacted me once after repeated calls and emails just for the postponed date. Now that the prom has been canceled, I can't get anyone to return my calls or respond to my emails. We have 40 kids that were going on that prom bus which was a total cost of around 3600.
