Cana Communications handles the Fire protection system at my Church. As Property Manager, I have contact with a number of contract vendors. I have alway been impressed with the quality and professionalism of the Technicians that have serviced our system. They show up on time, get right to work but are alway willing to answer my questions and are very personable people. After their job is done. I get a complete report on the system by email the next day.

Upon arriving at school October 31 at 7:00 am the fire alarm was sounding and strobes flashing. School was about to open at 7:30. I knew that the fire alarm needed to be silenced quickly. As teachers and students started to arrive chaos was imminent. The fire alarm could not be silenced or reset because of the type of alarm that set it off. There was a water flow sensor that was in fault. So I made one phone call to the person I know could help, Adan who at one time was our service tech and now is in mangement and works more in the office. But since I started working at ANCS, in 2012, I could always count on Adan to solve any problems we had with our fire and security systems. Adan was able to find a service tech that was only 12 minutes away. Nick showed up just like Adan had said. He was able to get the system reset before school opened. Needless to say Cana Communications and there associates saved the day.
