This company should not be in business. Their parts fail. All the threaded connectors have gaskets that don’t seal. This system has been leaking and when I called to ask dirt help they said it was my fault and that I didn’t know how to install it. Trick is, I didn’t do it. A licensed and well renowned professional plumber did. They told me it has never failed before but by looking at the rest if the reviews it’s obvious it was all a lie.

I purchased a whole house water filter system last winter and I've only been able to use it for about 2 months due to water leaks. At first I thought it might have been the o-rings so I called hoping they would just send me some for free but they charged me after sending out the wrong size. After installing the new o-rings the canisters still leaked. I determined that it was actually the poorly manufactured fittings that went into the canister housing. I just spoke to the company again today and they wanted to sell me all new housings and canisters at 208 a piece for three but they were willing to give me half off due to inconvenience. I explained to her that this was a defect and she said that since it was past the year warranty that she couldn't help me. Bottom line I would not recommend this company due to their lack of customer service which is very important to me when it comes to water filter system that was over 3,000

This company is the worst company that we have ever done business with. We are a large high end residential contractor and the management and staff of Crystal Quest and their local agent were incapable of supplying us with an operating Reverse Osmosis (RO) unit that we paid over 142,000 dollars for. Upon being unable to commission the first unit they then delivered a second unit that also failed to work at all, and they continued to lie and make false promises. We resorted to hiring a new RO manufacturer who then informed us that the second unit was in no way shape or form capable of producing potable water from the stipulated water source. This business and its management and staff have no business being in business, they are absolutely incompetent!

Online ordering did not work, got reply from customer service to list products I wanted to buy so they would help - great! I sent them the list and silence sine then.

Lied about shipping and buildout time. Avoided phone calls after payment was made and RO wasn't shipped on time. After it finally arrived it was not assembled correctly sprayed water all over itself and other expensive equipment. Customer service was slow, and took two shipments of warranty parts to get what I need to fix it. Paid for expedited shipping on the repair parts and they again showed up late. This is for a business and not a home, paid several thousand dollars for a commercial reverse osmosis that we still haven't been able to use and have had it for over a month now. Complete lack of professionalism.
