I have accompanied my Daughter numerous times for my now 12 year old grandson hair cuts, and over the last 3 or 4 years with a particular barber named "Robert aka Rob" has always serviced his appointments. Robert does provide services for adults, I feel that "Rob" has shown nothing less than professionalism upon each visit and his skills in hair textures of different cultural diversity speaks volumes and is shown by his returning clients. The overall appearance of the shop is very nice and all of the above speaks for his colleagues as well.

If you have hair that’s longer than half an inch, avoid this place. My hair was fairly long and went in for a trim and was greeted by a barber sleeping on a couch and another one who didn’t seem interested in cutting my hair at all. I asked him if he could cut my hair and he said yes but then asked the barber sleeping on the couch if he wanted to try and cut it. This is where I got concerned. He started to cut my hair with a typical electric razor and trimmed the edges, seemed to be going fine. But then it came to the meat of my hair. The barber has no idea how to handle it. He kept on telling me the style was to keep it long, but I wanted it to be trimmed. He NEVER used scissors and just tried to buzz the top with a 2 clipper and just hacked at it. My hair hasn’t looked worse in years and the barber didn’t care in the slightest. After you cash app him 20 dollars (no debit cards) you get on your way. If you’re looking to get your hair cut and need more than your edges trimmed, avoid this place at all costs.
So I walked in the shop on a Saturday saw that they were busy. So I inquired about making an appointment and the person that responded did not bother to ask me when or what time just told me it's first come first serve - assuming I wanted the appointment that day. So I left. Now on their website the mission statement leads you to believe you can make an appointment and get this AWESOME and professional service from them - that I did not experience - the fact that they just let money walk away is baffling to me. Now I am not saying my little money would make or break this business, but I thought all businesses work towards growing their customer base but I guess this shop doesn't need new business. I try my best to support my people, but some make it hard with the lack of professionalism you get when you walk in their establishments.
Currently under new ownership and new name; the barbers on staff have maintained a steady flow of customers. I haven't been disappointed yet. Akeem and Michael have taken care of me since I found this spot, but I haven't seen any other of the barbers clients walk out with a bad cut.
How can you be called "Cutz 24/7" if you're not open 24/7??? Excellent move. 5 stars
The people are cool, but it's January and the place is frozen. My hair stylist is using icicles as fingers to style my wet hair. The barber says the heat doesn't work. This is unacceptable in a place we have to be for more than an hour and while using water.

The best barbershop I've been to in my 28 years of life.. Very professional, very friendly staff, and a very upscale setting with affordable pricing.. I definitely recommend this barbershop/salon to anyone.. Just the setup of this place is enough for anyone to stop by and take a look.. Lifelong Client Made
