The repairs were done properly and deserve a 5 star. The woman that checked me out could benefit from some customer service skill classes. When I arrived she was standing outside smoking a cigarette, the guy that was shadowing her as he was training was out there too but not smoking. When I opened the door she threw a half smoked cigarette in the ground before putting it out and it was disturbing to see her throw it on the ground not in the trash. As I'm checking out she continued to be extremely pushy to try and sell me products I was not interested in. I'm all for trying to sell an awesome product, but she didn't know how to take no for an answer and it really put a damper on my experience with this store. Even after I told her I don't but products because we make our own everything to stay away from chemicals she continued to try and push products. I told her we don't have carpet any where in our home, only wood floors,but she ignored that and then used my vacuum to demonstrate the floor crystals an powder that you use on carpet. It put a bad taste in my mouth because I honestly didn't want her using my vacuum to demonstrate using the products I wasn't going to purchase. We make everything in my home even our soap, and toothpaste. Being ignored by her really made me feel like she didn't care about me as a customer but only cared if I purchased more items from her. I have another vacuum to be repaired and I'm unsure I want to deal with her again. I'd like to add that the store next to them is a store for children and I was uneasy with her throwing her lit cigarette near their entrance for a child to possibly pick up.

I went in to get my vacume fixed and they were amazing! Chistopher was very honest with me and to the point and I appreciated that. I am going to send all my friends there. And when my current vacume breaks I am going there to buy my next vacume !!!!! Thank you Christopher!!
