I love this place! Cool vibes and Staff! Such a benefit to have all natural organic restaurant that serves a multitude of food categories! My boyfriend and I go often and we always get the best service form everyone! I'd like to give a special mention to BEN who served my boyfriend and I on Christmas Eve! He went above and beyond! I asked for hot chocolate and he informed me that he would serve me two different types and I could pick the one I preferred! Our order was exactly how we asked and he checked on us a number of times to ensure we were satisfied! He even made jokes! Something so simple yet exceptional service. I appreciate people who like to see their customers have a good time! Thank you Ben and to the Staff at the flying biscuit for providing excellent Service each time! Please keep up the great work! Fantastic Food, and Great Service. Eggs, Bacon, Pancakes were all Great! The GRITS were amazing !!!
The Flying Biscuit Cafe was not bad. The Piedmont Omeltte was flavorful, the grits were creamy and savory, the Oatmeal was rather bland and the Oatmeal Pancake was interesting....it somehow had me thinking I was eating a donut a very dense donut but I was able to finish it off. Over all this meal was Ok!!! The wait staff here was phenomenal!!!

Flying Biscuit, I wanted this place to feel like a Mom and Pop shop and was reminded it was more commercial now by the service and restaurant layout and location. . The interior decoration was very clever and artsy. The food options were diverse and unique. The food was good, I think the biscuits and gravy needed more seasoning in the gravy, they tasted a bit bland. The food server never returned with the biscuit that I ordered. I would recommend for families. The espresso bar is a nice touch. The location is good for shopping for other things. If you are in a hurry I would not recommend this place. Overall a unique take on brunch if you would like a different breakfast experience.
