From the moment we walked into the Kennesaw location we received A customer service. We worked with Steven and he was great. He answered all of our questions promptly and set expectations on when we would receive our new hot tub. The hot tub (Hot Spring Relay) was delivered last Monday. The delivery crew was very courteous and did a great job with set up. We have really been enjoying the hot tub. Well worth the wait! Kudos to Georgia Spa Company for being a great company to work with. Will definitely recommend!

We are first time hot tub owners and could not be more thrilled with our purchase. Our sales person, Mark, was very knowledgeable and helped us make an informed choice. The hot tub looks great and is so relaxing! So far, (we have only had it one week) it has been easy to maintain the water chemistry and keep it clean. We could not be happier!

Overall an okay experience, thus the three stars. Had three issues to mention. 1) It took five months to get the spa. We were told it would take two and a half. 2) In separate visits by me and my wife, we were told by sales the package included a cover lift. On delivery, we were told it was not because it wasn’t included in the paperwork. 3) Wiring requirements need to be better explained in detail. It took three dispatches/work orders to wire it - circuit breaker to GFI box, GFI run to site with pigtail, and actual connection to spa. This was 1500, when the impression made was you just get an electrician to do everything for 500.

I purchased my second Hot Spring spa from this company. The sales staff was patient and helpful to choose the right model for our budget and features important to us. The install crew (Randall, Ronnie, Floyd & Grayson) had it set up in about an hour. I was provided a thorough introduction to how to fill the spa and get the chemicals added correctly. Don’t worry about remembering it all because they hand you a cheat sheet with what you need to know to get in it that night and how to maintain it. I recommend using their house electrician who arrived within minutes of the setup crew. I really hope to find GA spa company in business for my next purchase because these tubs last 20 years.
