Soooo slow. I went in for a simple oil change and was told it would take 60-90 minutes which to me already felt long. It ended up taking 2.5 hours and no one apologized or updated me at all the whole time. It felt like I could have bought a new Explorer, driven it for 6,000 miles and brought it in for an oil change just in time to pick up my first Explorer. Not at all worth my time coming here. I guess the service was fine; it’s an oil change so not overly complicated.

I have been a loyal customer of Jim Tidwell Ford for over 30 years. I bought my very first car from them and have been a consistent customer ever since. If you are in the market for a new Ford, please go see Brandon Johnson. He is incredible to work with and goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and happy with your purchase. He's not your 'typical' sales guy 'itching to make a deal' but, rather, prefers to ensure he provides top-notch customer service while working with your needs and wishes. My husband and I have been working with Brandon for 10 years when it comes to a new vehicle purchase and will continue to do so. In addition to vehicle purchases, I can tell you that our experience with the Service Team has been excellent as well. I've only ever had one problem (over 10 years ago) but the issue was quickly addressed and the problem was solved. I won't go to any other car dealer. Jim Tidwell is excellent at offering the best customer service around.

I had my Lincoln worked on twice for the same issue, it to this day has still not been repaired correctly, called and scheduled another repair asking for the service manager to call and nothing. A entire week has passed called again, very nice person, sends URGENT, email and still nothing! This is not the first horrible customer service experience with Tidwell Ford. Won’t be back.
