I love this place! They always round up on time and make sure that we are having a great time. Riley and Javon made sure my time here was flawless. Highly recommend!

If I could give this place a zero I would!! I booked a birthday party for my 12-year-old son about three months in advance. The day before the party I was advised a phone call that the building was under construction and that the bull ride and the water ball would be out of service. I was also told that the owner wanted to have renovations done before school started. Why would you start renovations on your building when you have a paid customer who has booked the bull ride and water ball for a birthday party. They still wanted me to have my sons birthday party there, even though the place was a MESS!!! There was a big black trash bag up for a wall in the party area, trash can and other supplies visible in the area. The manager told me “well most of the party will be in the front, y’all will be just eating back here” This is completely unacceptable and very poor customer service. My son was devastated because I had to cancel his birthday party there was no way I would let my son have a birthday party in that type of atmosphere. I’ll uploaded pictures!
WE HAD A BIRTHDAY PARTY HERE ON 2/13 FOR RYLEIGH AND IT WAS HORRIBLE. THE HOSTESS DID NOT HELP CLEAN UP BETWEEN THE PIZZA AND THE CAKE. SHE DID NOT KNOW HOW TO SERVE THE PIZZA TO CHILDREN. SHE HAD TOO KEEP LEAVING GOING BACK FOR THINGS SUCH AS NAPKINS PLATES ETC. IT TOOK AN HOUR FOR US TO GET THE GAME CARDS FOR THE KIDS. RYLEIGH DID NOT GET HER FREE RIDE IN THE ROLLER WHEEL OR THE BULL. ALL IN ALL THIS WAS THE MOST UNORGANIZED PARTY WE HAVE EVER HAD. AND WE WILL NOT HAVE ANOTHER HERE. WE TALKED TO THE MANAGER ON DUTY AND SHE USED THE COVID EXCUSE AND THAT YALL ARE SHORT STAFFED AND THE PARTY HOSTESS HAD WORKED 14 STRAIGHT DAYS.
I brought my young daughters for a birthday party for one of their friends. It was big upon entering the front doors. It was easy to fill out the waiver with each child's name listed on one waiver! We went back to the booths where the parties are catered by the staff. This is when my girls got a wrist band for the two hour long party. I have no idea what the parents of the birthday boy paid for the party. But, I do know that my daughters had a great time. It was clean, pretty organized with the staff's supervision, and big enough for everyone to not be running into or on each other.
