I love how family focused the Y is. The Y was a very welcoming place for me as a teenager, and it has since become a second home for my family today. My children are growing up at the Y, they participate in many programs and our visits each week to the facility are a family affair . I appreciate the efforts put in to make family friendly programming for members of all ages.

Large, multi-level facility that can be crowded at times. Friendly and helpful staff, clean locker rooms and a great workout area featuring free weights, weight machines and lots of aerobic machines. If the main downstairs area is filled, check the smaller upstairs area for more ellipticals, treadmills, spinning bikes and rowing machines. The upstairs track is a great place for a cool-down walk. A 5-lane pool always has one lane free for lap swimming during the many water aerobics, swim lesson and swim team events. Parking can be crowded, but you can park next door at the library.
