I called and was greeted by a very professional customer service rep that was able to get me in on the same day. I received a call from Joseph Ewing letting me know when he would be arriving. He arrived and was awesome and professional. When things breakdown its never a fun and speaking with someone like him put me at ease. He took at a look at my hot water heater and explained my options to me and gave me some suggestions. I never ever felt pressure to make a decision. If i could give more stars i would. He was done quickly and practiced social distance while in my home. I would recommend this company and Joseph anytime any day. Working during this pandemic i am sure is not easy so i commend him for being positive and professional and your company should make sure he is given a reward for such awesome services. Thank you

I highly recommend Reliable Heating and Air if you have plumbing needs - specifically a new hot water heater installed. Jordan is your man for such a project. When I called to inquire about the installation, he answered all my questions and was upfront about the standard price which I really appreciated. He called me ahead of time the day of like he said he would and was right on time. I had a few more questions when he arrived and he was once again great with sharing his knowledge and the answers. The install took a couple of hours and the way he configured the pipes and expansion tank looked great! That may sound funny but it really did look much better than the original set-up. Jordan was professional, knowledgeable and on time, oh and the final price was what he quoted me. I’m not sure what else you can ask for...Jordan and Reliable Heating and Air have my business in the future when I need a plumber. If you expect a quality product with great skill and excellent customer service - call Reliable Heating and Air and request Jordan for the job. You won’t regret it!

Julian was the best tech I’ve met in a long time. He was punctual, very personable, and took the time to explain the service he was giving. When I told him about the issue of the downstairs being too cold in the winter and upstairs being too hot in the summer, he gave me a suggestion and told me the price. There wasn’t a pressure of him trying to up sale something to me it was just a solution to my problem. I appreciate the quality of service he gave, and I will definitely ask for him again when I need my unit serviced. Thank you so much Julian!!!

Want to start by saying that my home comfort specialist, Rodney Riddick, was the best. He did a great job educating on the status of my system along with the benefits I would get from a new system. The price offered was one of the best and they were back two days later and installed the new units within a few hours. Would highly recommend.

I've been a customer of Reliable Heating & Air for a few years now having had them replace a previous furnace, perform periodic maintenance and annual preseason checks. It always takes 3 trips with different technicians each time to finally diagnose and fix issues. Recently, after multiple visits they informed me my Trane heat pump system needed replacing. After they installed a new heat pump system for thousands of dollars, I still had the same issue as before and the new system didn't work either. (See attached pic) Once the technician came out yet another time, he discovered the condensation pump was the problem. After replacing the condensation pump, the system worked. Non of their technicians confirmed if the condensation pump was working correctly before selling me a new system. So, instead of needing an entire new expensive system, all I needed was a new condensation pump. I've tried reaching out to Reliable to express my dissatisfaction via customer service email, after visit survey, contacting the salesman but they haven't replied. Perhaps this review will get their attention. I wouldn't not recommend Reliable Heating & Air.
