Minimal wait for food. I love going to this starbucks to knock out some homework, and just look at all the art on the walls.

I cannot stress enough how upset I was as a customer to pay 8.06 for my refresher and snack only to receive a cup halfway filled with the beverage and to be charged an extra 60 cent for no ice! If I'm going to be charged why not fill my cup? This is ridiculous! Please reconsider how you all treat your customers.
staff is sweet and helpful but they cannot keep up with the crowds. they management have run the lines, the floor displays, and the arrangement of tables make the place inaccessible for the vision- and mobility-impaired customer--and likely they are not ADA compliant. I had to exit the building and come back in the front after I got my coffee today because there was no accessible route from the register back to the tables.
took over 30 minutes to get my order not to mention the \almond milk\ is actually a gross watery liquid that is for sure not actual almond milk. literally the biggest rip off but not surprised because ksu is greedy will cheap out anything to make more money as if overcrowding their school isn't enough
I went to Starbucks and I paid with Apple Pay. They charged me twice. So I politely asked if I can have my money back. They refused to give me my money back or even give me a gift card. This Starbucks has done this to me twice now. They wanted me to print out my monthly bank account statement too so they can have even more proof that they charged me twice but I showed them my bank account statement and they still won’t give my money back. I wouldn’t recommend this Starbucks to any one. Save your money and go to the Starbucks across the street from school.
