Has recently gone through a change in management and since then, this is an absolutely wonderful place to live! The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, maintenance is quick to respond to any work orders. Anytime I had to go to the leasing office the manager and staff were always friendly, professional, and really take the time to work with and understand their residents. The location is also super convenient to campus; easily walkable. Would recommend anyone to live here, I love it!

The new management has made such a huge difference at The Blake! The place looks amazing, and I can really tell that they’re cleaning up and making some changes. I can’t wait to see what else is in store!
Lived there for a few years and it was definitely better than any of the other apartments around KSU. Any issues were corrected quickly, every time I ever went to the office, Matt and Moe were guaranteed to make you laugh all while getting the job done while remaining professional. They are under new management now and it’s starting to look better
I was looking for a place for my son close to campus and near some of his favorite restaurants. Not only did they check all of the boxes, but the property is beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place.
