I started this account just to rate these guys. I know several companies that work with them and they are a top notch bunch. They sell many adventure activities but the only one that I have tried is skydiving. The experience is like nothing that I have ever done before and I highly recommend you try it if you are looking for more excitement in your life.

NEVER do business w/ this company. Unless you live in Miami. I paid full price for everything. Once booked they cancelled due to weather, two days in a row. Then, after I tried to redo my appointment two years later.. they wouldn't accept it. I missed the cut off by a month. Even asked if I could pay a small fee. Given that I already paid the full prior amount? An couldn't even be accommodated. Don't let them steal your money. Unless you live or frequent that location OFTEN. You can't control the weather. An they really don't care. Terrible service.
I called today to book a skydive in Cedartown, GA. My husband and I had already been there before and put a deposit down to do a second skydive for a steal of a price. We were only supposed to owe 208 total for two tandem flights. When I called Thrillant (the number that is unfortunately listed as the contact info on google for Skydive GA) they said they had actually called Skydive GA to confirm the deal and the best they can do was 418 total. I figured our "deal" expired so I booked it. Steven, the associate at Thrillant, said I would need to sign an email and fax it back to do the final confirmation. When I finally found Skydive GA's direct number, I called to ask them why it was so expensive, but he said it should have indeed been only 208 to book two tandem flights and that no one from Thrillant had called about my account/deal. I didn't sign the email and send it back. When I called Thrillant back, they said no refunds were allowed, even though I never confirmed by signature. They obviously did NOT call Skydive GA to get the correct info about our price and lied to me about it, so I had booked the skydive under false pretense. The lady who answered my call in customer service was unfathomably rude. I really hope that Skydive GA makes sure to get the Google listing set as their OWN number and not the number of this fraudulent booking agency.
SUCKSANT Nice looking web site for a hell of a scam. I received a GC for a tandem skydive in Baton Rouge, LA. When I tried to redeem, I was told that they had no representatives in the area. I asked for a refund. I was told that my case would be sent for review and that I'd be contacted the next day. Never happened. The second time I was told that the person I had previously spoken to had been fired and that my case was under review by a "supervisor." Again, would be contacted within 48 hrs. Went thorough this 3x more. Fourth call I was told that thy now HAD a company in the area and I could be booked for a skydive early April and that I'd be called back. NEVER HAPPENED!!! Today I call and told I'm "first in line." 65 minutes later I hang up. I'm guessing my wife is out her 300 or so. They have numerous complaints with the Atlanta BBB. They are about to have another. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS *THIRD PARTY* COMPANY. -- I had called them up to schedule a time to go skydiving in the area my family was taking a vacation to. I did this after I had called several places directly and was told by each one that they were fully booked for that weekend. After Thrillant got me booked and had me sign a NON-REFUNDABLE gift certificate, I realized they had booked me for a skydiving place that I had originally called and who had told me that they were already booked for that weekend. The guy on the phone for Thrillant had basically GUARANTEED me that I would be good to go for that weekend. Turns out that the skydiving location that Thrillant booked me for wanted me to reschedule to a different weekend, which wasn't an option since I was on vacation at that time. Worst experience I've ever had. Buy straight from the skydiving locations as these idiots at Thrillant have no idea what each locations availability is.
If i could give them 0 stars i would, it is a huge scam so avoid it. I planned to take a flight and they booked a place that has been out of business for months and the phone system is a run around. worst company ever
Lost money. Bought a gift card for a hot air balloon ride 2 years ago, tried to use it to propose to my girlfriend at the time (now wife). They mixed up reservations and double booked the morning, the pilot had already taken people up. Once I called for a refund, they said it was due to weather issues and would not give it to me. Talked to 6 different people trying to get a refund due to services not being rendered, no luck. Decided we would then use the gift card on something else, tried fishing (like the have on the website) but services were no longer offered, amongst other things. Ended up losing the 700 the gift card cost and never got to apply it towards anything. Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life, will never recommend this to my worst enemy. Baffles me how they are still in business, if they are at all.
Beware, this is a bad company. Customer service is lacking. I would highly recommend against using them. Received a present from my wife for a flying lesson, contacted them multiple times and never got calls back even after they repeatdley guaranteed they would contact us back with more information. Finally contacted them and asked for a refund, they refused the refund and also refused to let us speak to a manager, basically told us our gift card was worthless. 200.00 out the window and was called a liar by them.
