DO NOT LIVE HERE. I moved here in August and I read the reviews but I figured all campus housing is bad and at least these apartments look nice. I have NEVER written a review for something cause I simply don’t care enough but this is well deserved. There has been a leak coming from my toilet BEFORE me and my roommates moved in and it has yet to be fixed . Its so bad the girl below me has a hole (from the water dripping) with black mold around it in her bathroom above her toilet. They claimed they would come fix it but never did . They told us every monday they would send someone out but never show up. We have all called, emailed, and put in service request as a collective and they still refuse to help. When they did come they would be just as confused as us then tell us they’d be back but that was also false information. There is a serious giant water bug issue (which they came and sprayed for) I understand in college there are dirty people and you’ll see bugs every now and then but we have killed at least 5-10 a week. Our dish washer was broken, power went out twice on the 2nd floor, and our laundry room door came with one broken door. The air conditioning also went out on the 3rd floor for a week and the person in the office said “oh this happens every year when the weather changes) mind you it was still 75-80 outside. There’s many other things wrong and this is just not a good place to stay. Poor living conditions. Just stay on campus . We deserved to be reimbursed.

!!! FIND ANOTHER STUDENT HOUSING !!! Do NOT move here if you intend to use INTERNET. I go to KSU, which is nearby and this is the midterm period but the connection has gone off. This is not the first nor the second nor the third time this has happened. The network is disturbing 90% of the time. If you are indoors, you won't be able to make phone calls or even use your data. This is during Covid-19, and classes are online: HOW CAN SOMEONE STUDY FOR THEIR EXAMS WITHOUT ACCESSING THE MATERIAL ONLINE?!
The people in the front office were all really friendly, and the gym and the study space are both really nice. BUT the actual apartments are notttttt at all. Appliances break super easily and they take a really long time to be fixed, if they are fixed at all (major problem during my time there). The walls are super thin and the floors of the main space (I lived in a townhome style apartment) had so many weird stains that were impossible to clean (said stains were there when I moved in). I strongly feel like the hardwood should be redone so that this isn't a problem for future tenants. It just looked super dirty.
I took a tour of U-Club today and I worked with Dylan and he was amazing. He was very informative and helpful. I called before I came in and he made me feel very comfortable to come up there for a tour. Between Dylan, the property manager, and the book keeper everyone on sight was great. I signed with them today as well and I can’t wait to move in. The prices are great and the room sizes are good as well. It was a last minute move and they made the transition very smooth. I’m beyond satisfied already!
Repair maintenance is an issue. Smoke alarm chirping for 2 weeks until maintenance replaced the battery. Alarm still chirping after 4 more maintenance requests. Was told by the front office on August 21 2020 to contact maintenance after 6pm. What a joke. Alarm has been dismantled to get some sleep. Lack of a working smoke detector is a liability on your part in the event of a fire and no fire detection. This needs to be addressed on Monday August 24 2020 if not sooner. I guaranteed this lease.
