Dr. Ganly and the rest of his team are the best eye doctors I've ever been to. I've been to a few, trying to find a good fit for me and I have by far always had the best experience in his office. His support staff is always helpful, timely, and efficient. He and his associates always speak to me like I'm a real person and are always willing to answer my questions or help out in any way. I love that I can be in and out for a full eye exam in half an hour, especially since they have the machine that replaces the need to dilate the pupils. I've recommended this practice to several people already!

I am so happy that I was referred to Dr. Ken Ganly. He has an amazing chair side manner. He is extremely knowledgeable and attentive. I never feel rushed, he took his time and explained to me in great detail how to care for my eye problem. The office staff is efficient and prompt to return calls. I live in Bear Delaware but I am happy to drive to Kennett Square PA.

Very knowledgeable and easy to understand. Customer service is great. I went here even though they don't take my vision plan. I would rather submit to my insurance and pay the difference for a quality eye exam.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Ganly for over six years now. He and the amazing staff at Ganly Vision have always been exceptional to all of us. There simply isn't anyone that I will ever trust more with my vision care and eyeglasses needs. I specifically want to highlight their level of service during this pandemic. They have always been incredibly professional with the services provided, and during this chaotic time they are going well above and beyond. I have had to visit Dr. Ganly's office a handful of times since the pandemic began, and every time it is incredible to me just how they are able to continue to provide such exceptional service without making anyone feel truly inconvenienced. Is it exactly like it was when I was in the office one year ago? Of course not. But I can say with complete conviction that the services they provide and the way in which patients are treated could not be any better under today's circumstances. Dr. Ganly and his staff are simply the best. They were before the pandemic, they remain so during the pandemic, and there is no doubt they will continue to be for years to come.

Highly recommend Ganly Vision!! They have taken care of my family for years now. Dr. Ganly & Dr. Luchanko are extremely professional. The facility is state of the art, safe and clean as could be. The entire staff (including their son Mathew now) is welcoming and helpful. Great experience each time we visit.
