I had a fantastic experience this week purchasing a new vacuum from John. Have used House of Vacuums to service my Dyson and Miele the last couple of years. It was time for a new vacuum and I was thrilled that John let me borrow the vacuum I was interested in. I felt with a new brand and a High ticket purchase I wanted to be sure it was going to work for me as we have 3 kids and 2 shedding dogs! I was thrilled with his suggestion and was grateful that he spent the time to explain all the features in detail. Great customer service. Great small family business in our town.
