It's been a year since I last went there, the lady pierced my eyebrow piercing, and gave me a list of aftercare instructions (Which I followed completely) She blamed me for not mixing the salt water solution right when I went by her instructions after all. She was completely rude about the whole thing. Didn't enjoy it at all.

I had a frenum (10g) and a Prince Albert (6g) done by Shelby yesterday ( 8/15/13 ). She was polite and professional and the piercings were all but pain free. I will make the 2 1/2 hour drive again to have more work done in the future as she has earned my trust and confidence.
