So I missed a payment and they took my garbage cans. We have been using them for 13 years and it is by far not the 1st time I have missed a payment but have never once had my cans picked up. I paid in full today a whopping 121 and will not be able to get replacements for 6 more days. If there were a different company to go thru I would switch. I believe this is their way to make up for lost revenue due to Covid.

We are fairly new customers, if you call this establishment you will sit on hold for a very long time. If it weren't the only game in town I surely wouldn't be a customer. When we signed up we were told we would be receiving recycling bins .after 2 weeks, I sat on hold again to tell them we had no bins, the girl told me they were on order and we should have them by August 15th ,I asked about the recycling I already had and she said they would pick it up,just put it in a separate container. This is the middle of September and we still have no bins and they would Not take the recycling container we put out.I just called them again but the wait time is over 10 minutes. I feel trapped by a garbage service that issues not care about their customers, since they know there is no competition.
Great people in office, helping with our move into city chance know if take standup tv, electric lawnmower? Ect
All other utility services were fast and professional. I've been on hold for more than an hour now and that's after they connected me to an agent without them realizing it, and me having to up after saying \hello\ a bunch of times and listening to them do nothing.
These people are nightmare to deal with. They discriminate against customers and will no nothing to help address the issues. There Call center are useless. Since the Kennewick office isn’t answer any calls we will cancel our service. I have a friend who picks up trash twice a week for just less then what they are charging.
