I live in the city of Kennewick, but still had to pay for dumping some garbage at this transfer station, when I asked why the lady in the front desk ( who was someway rude ) said my address was not within the city limit, I showed her my bill that says clearly that I live within the city but didn't work. This situation made me feel like a second class Kennewick resident. Never had a problem before and usually the staff is nice but not this time
