Miller and Miller Law LLC is hands down the best bankruptcy attorneys with a phenomenal professional staff. Nicole Thompson was great in returning my calls and answering my questions. Jamie Miller was extremely knowledgeable and was always on top of my case. The whole process was smooth and my bankruptcy was discharged last week. Nicole Thompson also enrolled me in a credit counseling program which I am following through the program. Price was super reasonable. No words to describe and Express my gratitude. We had hired Miller and Miller to help us with our bankruptcy. When we were scheduled for our hearing, the attorney was not there. We had to call the office and they had to have an attorney that did not know our case come from the local office. They failed to tell us we needed to complete a 2nd financial course causing our case to be dismissed. I had to contact the courts to find out what needed to be done and have since reopened it on our own. I recently received and email eminding\ me I have a balance due. I feel I should not owe a dime more than I paid, as they never completed their job. I would not recommend this firm.

We met with this firm about a chapter 7. At that time he told us that if we didn't pass means test their firm could do \magic\to get to pass. So we gave them monthly payments totaling around 600.00. Sending them paystubs over and over. They couldn't comprehend the fact that a part time job you don't have regular checks. Had to go through hoops to prove hubby didn't work certain weeks. A YEAR later of hearing we didn't pass means test and keep sending in stubs we decided to seek another attorney that got us passed in two days with the exact same paperwork from Miller seeing I kept copies. Miller Miller NEVER did the secondary part of means test that gives you exemptions for certain things. The new attorney was also HALF the cost. Don't waste your time or money . If I could hit no stars I would. It would be nice to get my money back seeing they never filed our bankruptcy! Oh let's not mention how they call to say my attorney is no longer with them and never tell me who new one is... nice

There are not a lot of law forms that help people get their credit back on track and the services that Miller & Miller offer to help you gain back your credit is excellent. They show that they want to help keep their clients out if debt and keep on a fresh start.
