Local Shop Doing the Best They Can. I have had great response from Southport with all of my equipment requirements. Disappointed about the bad reviews. They are local and that is extremely valuable. Reviewers: Don't limit my choices by having extremely high expectations and lack the ability to chill. COVID has changed everything.

Can I give them more stars? These guys are awesome. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a bike or work on a bike. Glad they're here in Kenosha! Best bike/board shop around. Even showing up there 5 minutes before they close they're more than happy to take care of you.

I have been waiting over a week for “The Duet”! This is an 11,000.00 dollar bike, which our State paid for, in advance. First, it was supposed to be here last week, Tuesday. Got a call Wednesday that the seat was broken, it would be here Friday or Saturday. So, Friday went by and I didn’t get a call. Saturday I’m waiting until around 12:45, I called, oh they didn’t notice until they were putting it together that the foot rest was messed up, so they had to Jerry rig it, but unfortunately they’re short staffed one person, so they don’t know if they’ll be able to get it to me, today. I’ll call you back in a half an hour he said, of course no call back. I’m still waiting on a call for the time it will be delivered, and I will not be paying the delivery fee. I’ll be calling the bike company Monday to let them know how disappointed I am in their product. This is not a very ethical company at this point!!!
