I did not read the reviews prior to going there, but.... I had them change out a water pump on my 1993 Chevy 1500. They were cheaper than around town, so I went with them. Everything turned out great and they gave me the old part back. Quan quoted me a price and that's what I paid out the door. I have a 1988 Ford Ranger that I will be taking in for a full tune up, so I will let you guys know how that turns out. Very satisfied with the work so far.
This guy tries to fail your vehicle on purpose. Be aware of what he does when he’s under your hood.
Horrible, a waste of time, over charges costumer for work that car or truck does not need. His prices are almost double than other repair shops. He does not keep his word at all. He we will make your vehicle fail in order to over charge you. Be aware.
He posted an ad on craigslist for a 29.75 smog check with the mention of the ad. I called ahead and confirmed the price and when I showed up, he acknowledged that we spoke on the phone. But RIGHT before he did the smog he said \what price did I give you over the phone? I don't remember\ So I repeated the 29.75 price and he proceeded to tell me it was actually 10 more for a charge from the dmv totaling 40. This would have been okay because I understand the DMV has a separate charge but the way he went about it seemed underhanded and I told him he should have put that in the ad as well just so people know in the future. I got the smog anyway since I was already there thinking next time I'll ask specifically if that's the total with the certificate. After I paid 40 and left, I looked at my paperwork and saw that the certificate was actually only 8.25
