Rented the sail-cloth tent with Edison bulbs for my wife's 50th birthday party. We couldn't be more pleased! A Grand Event is a wholly professional experience from start to finish. The online estimate was competitive and returned promptly. All follow-up questions and contracting were addressed quickly. They did a site visit to ensure safety and feasibility. The tent was delivered and retrieved by a professional and courteous team. The tent itself was absolutely magical! Everyone kept asking about and admiring it! It's presence brought an undeniable elegance and cache to the event, while also providing peace-of-mind for the summer storms. I highly recommend A Grand Event without reservation!

Working with A Grand Event was a breeze. Ashley, our point of contact, was very responsive and understanding. The company was very flexible and accommodating, even going so far as to postpone creating an official contract until the last possible moment because we didn't know whether or not we'd even have guests at the wedding due to certain COVID-19 related travel restrictions between Maryland and other states. I would happily work with A Grand Event again and again. My only issues were with the installation crew. I was told that the crew foreman would call us 40 minutes ahead of their arrival for both delivery and pick-up. He never did. Also, at both delivery and pick-up, no one on the crew was wearing face masks. This makes sense to an extent because they were outside. However, when the foreman came to our front door and asked me to step outside in order to sign certain documents, he was not wearing a mask. Lastly, one of the bulbs on the string lights underneath the tent broke during install. They clearly new about this because the bulb was replaced, but they left a substantial amount of broken glass in our yard. Fortunately, we noticed it and had time to pick it up before our guests arrived. Despite all of that, I'm still very glad that we chose to work with them. Their tents were far more professional looking than anything we could find for a lower price. Also, they were the only tent company in town who could provide a 15x20 tent, which was precisely what we needed to fit in our backyard. All of our guests commented on how great the set up looked!

The clear-top tents are spectacular, especially when combined with the twilight lighting and the elegant draping. The team is very detail oriented. Couldn't have been happier with the final product. Casey & Jesus were an exceptionally knowledgeable team.

A Grand Event tented both of our decks, and provided tables and chairs for carefully \distanced\ wedding-related parties at my house, and we were completely delighted with the can-do attitude of the staff, and the beauty and quality of the tents, tables and chairs, and the relatively low cost! The whole weekend of events was protected from hot sun and the threat of rain, and gorgeous. We had rented tents from another company (chosen by a wedding planner) some years ago for our own wedding, and been appalled by the cost and staff's constant raising of problems. A Grand Event's staff did a gorgeous job, worked around potential obstacles, even found ways of incorporating large flowering vines into the tents, displaying a total can-do attitude--at far less cost than the earlier company. I will certainly go back to them for further events! Great work!

I contacted Grand Event Party Rentals to rent a tent over our deck to insure we would be able to host family and friends for a socially distant Birthday party for my husband. I emailed them on a Wednesday and they called me promptly the next day, came out to the house to assess the location and set up the same day! The crew was professional and neat both for the set up and take down. We will call upon Grand Party Rentals again in a heart beat! Thank you!
