The teachers at NiMaSte are well trained, friendly, and helpful. The classes give a range of options according to your level. I especially like the Power & Poses partnership with the Sweatshop, and the various morning offerings. NiMaSte is also a community involved small business that improves the Kensington area's quality of life.

You know you are home when you ascend the flight of stairs at Nimaste. The friendly staff welcome you each time you arrive. The classes offered are a wide variety of levels and you are reminded that even though you are doing it together you are practicing at you own pace. The meditation class is one of my favorite times of the week.

Wonderful, small, friendly yoga studio just across the street from the train station in Kensington. The instructors are first-rate and have created a little oasis for neighbors to practice yoga together.
