I honestly just love Kensington Office Machines.I have known them for years and continue to use them as a source for repairing things.I love how nice the managers are and I am sure that you will love them to.They even go to your house to fix things.Like WOW!! WHO DOES THAT!!! Thats why I will be rating them 5 stars because they deserve it!!

Google said it was open Saturday, Apple said it was closed We drove there. Apple was right. I've corrected info here. Place is hard to find. It's in the office building at the given address, but there are no external signs, or even signs in the lobby. Take the elevator to the third floor. Best was to get there is to take Powder Mill Road toward the convention site, then take.the access road leading to 10230. counterintuitive, and Google won't guide you there. Good luck!

They have poor phone etiquette and rude customer service. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told that the rude person was indeed the supervisor. I will NEVER patronize this company.
