I completed my CE class online on February 7/2019 and I still didn’t get certificate or not being reported to the commission. I have being trying to contact PDI for more than two weeks now but no response. I emailed them several times, called and left three voice messages but noting! I finally contacted CE shop and they also emailed and called but we still didn’t get any response. My license is on old because of this! The least I expected was some sort of explanation or at least to be told the wait time. The only proof I have is the email I confirmations of completion and one more correspondence that I got from them telling me that it will take up to 14 days to be updated on the commissions website. This is very frustrating! Very bad customer service. I will never do any of my CE courses and don’t recommend it to anyone! I hope somebody will see this and contact me.

I would give them a 0 star review if I could. Terrible customer service! They don't answer the phone; it's rare if they do. You are better off taking the course with Long and Foster Real Estate Institute or with The CE shop if you want to take the course online.

I've been taking classes at PDI for more than 10 years. The teachers are all excellent, they offer an incredible number of free classes all over Maryland that usually have free food (breakfast or lunch). What can be better? If I take 1 class every few months, I have all my classes banked by the end of the 2 year renewal cycle and I'm not scrambling to do a 15 hr. day. The enrollment specialist took my class order right over the phone. Very easy. If there are any negative reviews, I think they must be from another local real estate school planting false reviews. There's nothing bad about PDI. In fact, I think they're great. -Just passed my Broker's exam.

The broker class was fantastic! Farhad Rozi is the best RE professor there is! Past my examine with hard work and coming to class early within 3 weeks of finishing my classes.

Awful customer service! I experienced difficulty with my online courses, and previously called the tech hotline, nothing got solved and the problem persisted. I called the office several times to speak to someone and nobody answered until today. After careful review of the contract found that I was entitled to a 90% refund. The receptionist who answered was extremely rude and sighed loudly in my ear when I disagreed with the blatant nonsense she was telling me. I just want my damn money back. If you can go anywhere else, go! I should have known they were garbage when it took then almost two weeks to get back to me about signing up.
