I worked for this company for 2 years working as a pilot window mechanic, work my way up as a lead technician for structure flight control components for 3 years. I personally took a risk and left a hired on job with a great work family and environment to take on a more fulfilling and challenging job and was fired in six days. I was trying really hard to become a part of this team, and prove my worth to this company and was fired because the Hr Manager Dana omblid accused me of trying to work overtime. She did not comprehend hard work and determination. If there's any advice that I can every reccomend to someone, DON'T EVER LEAVE A HIRED ON JOB AND TAKE ON A NEW JOB AS A TEMP WITH THE PROBABILITY OF BEING HIRED ON. I was ask to forgo two weeks notice with my previous job and work for them immediately and be evaluated in 90 days. I was fired in 6 days. One of the worst mistakes I have ever made in my life.

hostile work environment. Employees are afraid to speak up for fear of losing their jobs. OT is forces. You're yelled at if you take breaks. Constant micromanaging.
Never work for this company!!!! Low pay, over worked, understaffed, hostile work environment, managers lie all the time, they speak poorly of employees to other employees, they speak poorly of owners and share their personal business to the staff. Employees are forced to do things they are not legally allowed to do. The managers need to be replaced in order to maintain quality employees.
