This place is awful and so rude ..I bought a microwave & Vacuum and when I got home , plugged in Vacuum & started smoking & did not work . They will not exchange it for me So I will drop it off at the door & Im sure they will try to re sell. Oh well lesson learned!!

Michael is amazing!!!! His energy is so great!! He really took his time and went above and beyond to give me the best customer service experience ever. I was selling my ring back and ONLY because of Michael, I left with more than I thought I would. His attention to detail and willingness to help was absolutely more than I could have expected. If there’s a standard at Cash America for customer service, Michael is definitely it. He’s very professional yet at the same time very down to earth and has a warming personality. I highly recommend you ask for him! Thank you Michael! *** I’m not sure about that other review I read about him, DEFINITELY not the experience I had. And if I must say, respect goes both ways :)

WARNING!!! Do not buy electronics here unless you buy a RIP off protection plan , which doesn't guarantee your money back ! I'm out of 179.00 for a defective dash cam . In fact all their electronics are most likely stolen and defective and brought in by methheads or crackheads. We will no longer buy anything from any of their locations. Oh and the manager offered to let me pawn it until I told him I will no longer do business with them.And now I found out the dash cam I bought was only 139.00 new ! and I paid 179.00 at this cash america. Total rip off.

A customer shouldnt have to wait around listening to employees talking and goofing off while a transaction is being completed. Wasting my time is not appropriate. Once my pawned item is back in my hands I will never come back here.
