I called the appointment line 10 times today to make an appointment. Each time I’m on hold for 30 minutes and no one picks up. The billing department picked up right away. Hmm they’re readily available to take your money, but good luck scheduling a doctor appointment. I call this understaffed and uncaring. I guess I will find another doctor.

They never answer the phone. I’ve been calling and calling to make my daughter an appointment for her 1 year shots. I feel like I’ve been calling for months already and STILL NO ANSWER. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
