My wife and I were looking for the right flooring for our home renovation and found an amazing hardwood with excellent service. We met with the owner Aleksey directly, who was extremely flexible with our schedule, budget, and design ideas. Every step of the process was carefully explained and we never felt lost, confused, or uncertain. We never felt pressured or pushed into making a decision or purchase.The owner really knows how to keep customers informed and happy from start to finish. Friendly, professional, and easy to work with. We got an amazing deal on a very nice engineered hardwood. I highly recommend and will be referring friends here without question!

We had cold and ugly cement floor on the ground level kitchen. It had all kinds of weird patterns and even several foot prints. We wanted nothing of that and long dreamed of getting a real flooring. There were multiple trips to big box stores and long agonizing over things like what underlayment to put over concrete and whether the door bottoms will have enough clearance and whether kitchen cabinet side panel will have to be cut... Finally we came to Intra Flooring and started talking to owner, Alexsey - and suddenly all our fears and agony went away. He said - don't worry about any of that, we know how to deal with it. We started talking Friday evening, and very next Tuesday contractors came to the place and finished flooring in just one day. Molding came out, range and fridge moved out, floor put in place, molding put back, gaps sealed with matching silicon... clean, professional, respectful of neighbors parking. I can not describe the next morning joy when we stepped downstairs and saw gleaming new floor. It was like getting a brand new home. Like getting a new car. These guys are simply amazing! We were looking for flooring for our home. We visited several showrooms and got several quotes. There were always fine prints in the estimate, and I was never sure about how the new floor is going to look like when done. Then I came across Intra Flooring and met Aleks. He showed me exactly the product I was looking for, which, in my opinion, this is much better than many other popular brands out there. Aleks came the same day for measurements and gave me a fair estimate free of any hidden costs. The installers are very friendly to work with. They did a complete and thorough job, and best of all they do not mind me closely monitoring each step of the installation. At every step they made sure that work meets my expectations and that I was satisfied. Well, it turned out that on many occasions they exceeded my expectations. They do not cut corners or hurry into completing the project. Sure, it took much longer than we originally anticipated, but the at the end it was worth it. Simply, a job well done!
My girlfriend who is a black woman went to intra flooring to look for tile for a renovation we were doing. The owner already with a bad attitude told her they were too expensive and insisted many times that she should shop at Floor and Decor. Please nobody give your money to these fools.
We were recommended Intra Flooring to replace our 16 year old hard wood and carpet. Aleksey and his wife were super informative, friendly, and helpful! We visited their showroom in Kent a few times to pick exactly what we wanted and Aleksey was up front and transparent about all the different costs and options. They took measurements at our house twice and went over all the contingencies, options, and possibilities. We were able to schedule the work to be done within a few weeks. His crew was very professional and respectful and worked FAST! They completed the complete demo, install, and clean up in under the estimated time, and even threw in some favors to help us out ;o) He was also helpful to provide suggestions and contacts for other work we need done around the house.
