My salesman was Terry Baughman for both my lease purchases. When I first met him in January of 2017, he was caring and did not pressure me into getting a car I did not want. He understood that I was a college student at the time and did not have a lot to spend financially on a car. In December of 2019, I got in a car accident and we needed to talk about my end of the lease options. I did not expect to get my 2019 Ford Fusion that night. but I did! He got me exactly what I wanted in a car and it still fit my budget. I have never had any issues with Klaben Ford with their sales or maintenance department. I have Mona Crook as my Service Advisor and she has always got me in and out there in a jiffy with my oil changes. They put in 100% effort every time! Thank you for caring about your customers Klaben! I recommend anyone who is looking for a car to go to Klaben Ford. :)

I can't believe I ever went anywhere else. The price gouging you hear about going to the dealership for servicing does not apply to Klaben. We have been going here since 2000 and I am so glad we did. This past year was rough(family health) and dealing with car issues didn't help. I would call Mona and she went that extra mile to help. They came out and drove the car in and left a rental. This happened 3 times and each time was handed with professionalism and compassion. Mona is by far one the best customer service person I have ever met. She is also a great person.

If you are looking for a great dealership....look no further! Can definitely tell it is a family owned business. Our sales rep, Branden was great to work with and got us the best deal. We walked in with 2 options and he worked through both to see what was the best option for us. We highly recommend checking them out!

On a Thursday afternoon I talked to Mr. Klaben about my need to get out of my leased Fusion due to a new business venture. In essence, I needed a truck to haul equipment to and from events. He invited me to come and see him that following Monday to see if they could put something together that made sense. I showed up Monday morning @ 10 AM and @ 2 PM I was driving off the lot with a brand new F-150. Keep in mind, I had 10 months left on my lease and somehow Mr. Klaben was able to get me out of it!! My sales guy Chris was very good to work with. He was very chill and not pushy at all like reps at other dealers. We talked very practically about what I needed this new vehicle to be able to do for me and we were able to find the perfect fit; the 2019 F-150 XLT Crew Cab. It's got the hauling capability for my business along with the cab space to drive my wife and kids around to and from school/work/sporting events all while staying within my budget! Everyone from the gentleman that greeted me at the door, to my sales guy Chris and finally Christine in the finance department was fantastic. They truly personify customer service and THAT is the Klaben difference. I cannot see myself doing business with anyone else.
