Fast. The most patients waiting to be seen ahead of me in the queue was two, once. All other visits of mine only ever had one patient waiting to be seen before me, or there was no wait at all. Employees were kind and friendly.

The worst. We prefer the CVS minute Clinic at Cuyuhuga Falls. We have been the Kent one 3 times. The waiting time was very long for us. The first time was a Saturday morning and there were about 6 or 7 people in front of us. We have been waiting for hours. There were only few seats, so most of people were either standing or sitting on the floor waiting outside of the nurse practitioner's door. One time we went there a little past 7 pm. There was nobody except us. We thought we were lucky but we couldn't sign in at their Kiosks. She told us she couldn't see us. We asked her why because their closing time is 8 pm and there was nobody else except us. She said she was waiting for someone who had appointment with her. So we had to leave. And for the third time also the last time, we went there around 6:30 and we were able to put all the information at the kiosks to check in. We thought it would be fast because there was only one person waiting before us. When she called us finally, we had been waiting for almost 50 minutes. She was super slow. But she was quick with us. I guess it was because we were the last one to check in and she wanted to leave soon.

Very rude and unprofessional behavior from the providers. Very unclean. Store management does absolutely nothing to control the unprofessionalism of the clinic providers. If you’re looking for a clean professional compassionate service provider when you’re ill or injured do not go to this location as the providers especially Ebony are very rude and unprofessional. She will talk through you walk over you and disrespect You and not provide care. Totally disappointing that patients don’t matter. How embarrassing it must be to supposedly be a provider to help people when they need it and yet treat them like they are a bother to you. If you don’t like your job or you’re angry in life in general then maybe this isn’t the profession for you. You definitely need to be dealt with by management for your demeanor and disposition

SHORT WAIT!! The Nurse Practitioner was very friendly and professional. Was seen almost immediately and walked out 15 minutes later feeling much better. Had never been to a MinuteClinic before but I'd definitely recommend this CVS if you're dealing with a minor medical ailment. Clean store/facility with two exam rooms.
