From my first interaction with Connor over the phone, he has gone above and beyond to make me feel that I am a valued customer. His attention to detail and passion for customer service is, by far, a rarity in today's business world. When we are discussing an issue, he is fully engaged and follows through without a fault until the issues is fully resolved, as well as following up afterward to make sure that all is well. Northwest Fire System exceeded my expectations as they helped me resolve a time sensitive backflow testing issue. They responded promptly to investigate the issue and had the necessary service performed the next day! Additionally, they communicated with the water district on my behalf. JR did a great job setting up the service and Allec was prompt, communicative and considerate of the impact his work may have on our residents!

Our fire extinguishers were beyond their approved life expectancy but rather having to buy all new ones, Northwest offers an exchange program for a fraction of the cost of new. We had all ours exchanged in a matter of a couple hours and now good for another 6 years.
