Throughout the entire process (ordering, shipping, and delivery) Off the Wagon Shop provided emails to keep me in the loop. The items game delicately packaged (I was a little nervous since I had fragile item) but everything arrived in mint condition. Item descriptions are accurate, too. I am very satisfied!
