I called over a week in advance. Schedule my tune up. Walked in at 7am today, they looked at me, like I have 2 heads. No one put me on schedule. I purposely drove 100 miles out of route to come here to get my service done. I would never come back here. Very poor organization.

Spent 6 hours there getting an oil seal replaced. Even though they were busy, while I was under a load they got right on it. Driver lounge was nice with two over stuffed couches and two tables. Cable television. Mechanic stayed past quitting time and got the job finished.

I have no idea what the Hell these guys who have rated this outfit as a one or two star are all about. The company is simply outstanding. They know what they are doing and understand the business. They cannot quote over the phone. We had a boat with two 6V053's in it and a time line crunch. They made it happen. You can't go wrong with them.
