Bargain is a stretch. Boots priced the same I could buy them brand new at Nordstrom rack. They do have sales often, but keep most of the best stuff in white tags, which never seem to go on sale. Hit up this place if you want to talk to older ladies about everything you are interested in. Otherwise, there's probably better places to thrift.
