Best Starbucks I've been too in Ohio! Location is adorable and the inside is so cute and perfect to do homework at (pre-covid)! The people are so kind and cheerful! Spoke with a Macy for like 20 minutes about coffee and she was so helpful! Not to mention, they make all their drinks perfectly!

This Starbucks in Kent needs to train about 6 other Starbucks locations on excellence in customer service. This location is consistently killing it. They are friendly to everyone- regardless of age or race, always on point with their service, (if they make a mistake they make it right) all while maintaining a clean, well decorated store.
Deliciously made drinks, and fast service. I love the exterior of this Starbucks.
