I hope I never have to deal with these people again. If at all possible you can do the sale yourself, you will come out far better. Their claims on how well the sale will go and then when it doesn't, oh well here come the excuses. Even though Rachel previewed the property prior to the sale, many things did not get pulled out to sell. Claiming they ran out of time. They are hard on your property. Please, don't just hand your keys over to your property to these folks. They need to be checked up on.

Estate sale organization that does nothing at all in consideration for the neighborhood of the sale, zero effort was taken to direct traffic, or inform customers to not park on neighbors lawns. As they want roughly half of all sales proceeds from your estate sale, I would not use them. It is a very good way to get fleeced while thoroughly annoying your neighbors. Damages to lawns costs money to repair or replace. I wouldn't park my vehicle on a grass lawn unless invited to do so, parking in mine at your convenience to be in shade and killing our lawn is offensive.
Fitch Estate Sales does not keep its word on on-line sales. They say they are having 'technical difficulties' as a reason for purchases not being sent in a timely manner and then weeks later, cancel the sale without issuing a promised refund. Highly recommend being careful before purchasing from them. They were very dishonest in our experience unfortunately. Took months to finally get a refund through our credit card company, not from them at all after they didn't fulfill the sale.
