I ordered my late husbands head stone in September after he passed away in august. Knowing it took time for engraving and further, Covid has delayed delivering. I’ve called and called to see when the store would be set and never could get a straight answer. Monday this week I went by office in kerville, stone has been delivered to them since 1/6. I asked when can it be delivered? He said I don’t know 2,4 6 weeks. He said we can’t leave our office unattended. I said no, and I don’t like my husbands grave unattended. Next morning I called grimes funeral home to express my concerns, grimes went to go pick stone up for me and set it themselves, they wouldn’t give it to them. That night stone was delivered by monument place...amazing since it’s been sitting in their storage for 3 weeks! I would not recommend this place to anyone, although it is beautiful it really lacked the sense of comparison someone needs in time of loss!

If I could leave less than one star I would. My mother in law purchased a monument about a year ago and it still hasn’t been delivered. She was told several times it would be delivered and now it’s been over a year and still nothing. They don’t answer emails or calls and keep giving her the run around. I would go ANYWHERE else to get a monument. These people are terrible.
We ordered an expensive monument and curb work 1.5 years ago. It has taken multiple phone calls and emails each time to get any response along the way and now we are approaching another anniversary of our sons death and so not have a monument. Even traveled 600 miles from where we live to check on it last year do to no responses. No words.......
