Awesome beach view and water was super clean... unfortunately could not go into water as was in hurry for flight...but water was really tempting and very nice for swimming..there is a lighthouse nearby and did some yoga on the rocks below lighthouse. Really nice and whole day can be spent here. Water color was like turquoise on the sunny day. We saw racoons and gecko...

Wonderfully maintained park with nice trails and a beautiful view on the water. I wouldn't call it busy for the most part, but when I went there were small groups of tourists especially around the lighthouse that would make social distancing impossible as that area is narrow (note that the lighthouse itself is closed though). The beach was nice though and less populated - and you can get a nice view of the lighthouse from there as well. There were some available picnic tables as well. Still a good place to walk or bike around where the breezy outdoors provides decent protection against germs around.

This park has everything you need. Trails for biking or running, calm water for kayaking or paddle boarding, shelters for a BBQ or picnic, even a grill house and bar if you didn't bring your own food. There's the usual Florida wildlife: birds, lizards, manatees, and a plethora of raccoons. Don't feed them. I love the historical lighthouse. The vistas are down right romantic. And the best part: i could bring my dog!

Really enjoyed the lighthouse, walking the trails, looking through binoculars at the stilt houses and in general exploring the park. The kids loved the food at the lighthouse cafe and afterwards we all had fun hanging out on the beach. Looking forward to coming back with a kayak and a couple bikes.

This is an amazing place. So much space and many things to do. Biking, nature trails, fishing, swimming and even two restaurants. Definitely worth a visit. Helpful info...8 entry...booth takes credit, exact change, and passes. Bike rentals only accept cash. Sadly lighthouse is closed due to covid (you can still take a walk through the grounds).
