I've used contractors from the Central Florida to the Keys and LPS is the best I've found in their niche. Particularly in the Keys, where it's very difficult to find good contractors, LPS stands out by an order of magnitude. Unlike so many contractors in the Keys, they are extremely reliable, efficient, and expedient. They are also the most responsive, knowledgeable, and experienced contractor I've used. From very experienced heavy-equipment operators (Joe & Danny), to the best project manager I've met (Trent) to the owner (Tom) ... Every person I've met has been the consummate professional.

We called to get a quote on covering our dock. They came out and measured and we went into their office and picked out what we like. They were supposed to give us a quote. We called several times and they never called back. A few weeks ago I called and talked to someone different. He promised me that I would get a call back, but once again no response.
Wow, What can I say other than these guys are hands down THE BEST marine construction company around! From begging to end the entire process of working with them has been FLAWLESS! When they say they do it right, on time and on budget they are not kidding! Trent , the project manager, did a great job communicating and answering all my questions and was there every step of the way to ensure that what I needed got done. The guys who completed the work did so in a quick and professional manner, something that is hard to come by nowadays, especially here in the Keys! I cant thank them enough, if you are looking for the best, LOOK NO FURTHER!
I tried to find a contractor to do some dredging and dock work and nobody else would even come out. LPS came out and gave me an estimate. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend.
It was a pleasure working with LPS, they completed their contractual work within budget and on time. Their crews are professional and maintained the jobsite clean and safe, I highly recommend this firm.
I had done couple of jobs with LPS and is very hard to find a company with the customer service and Quality of work in the Florida Keys, Tom the owner is always on the job site to make sure that everything is done right, I will used them as many times I can for sure.
